Jenna S. Sartorius, Director of FFC Cares™

Jenna has been working as a care manager for more than 10 years. She is certified as a Care Manager Certified (CMC) through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM). Additionally, she is an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), a member of the Midwest ALCA Board of Directors, and serves as the unit leader for the Minnesota Chapter of ALCA. Jenna has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from Bethel University, St. Paul, MN. She has extensive experience working with individuals and their loved ones to maintain independence and maximize quality of life.

Michelle S. Lodahl, Vice President - Client Services

Michelle has served as the Vice President of Client Services for our parent company, First Fiduciary Corporation (FFC) since 2007. Michelle is a professional member of the Aging Life Care Association. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse and a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from Bethel University, St. Paul, MN. Prior to joining FFC, Michelle worked for many years managing, coordinating and interacting with older adults in a variety of positions. Her love and passion for serving and enriching the lives of older adults has and continues to be a priority.

Ashley L. Ott, Director of Care Management

Ashley has been a Care Manager since 2013.  Ashley is a professional member of the Aging Life Care Association. Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Hispanic Studies from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She also has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota with specialization in Health, Disability & Aging. She is licensed by the MN Board of Social Work as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Ashley has experience working with individuals experiencing mental health concerns, physical health challenges, cognitive impairment, and navigating complex care needs.

Jody E. Lowder, Care Manager

Jody has been a Care Manager since 2018.  Jody has worked in the field of social services for over 35 years specializing in residential case management of people with all levels of ability. She has worked with families dealing with tough medical and emotional trauma. Jody is someone who practices responsive communication, prioritizing information and confidentiality. She values quality of service and a strong commitment to finding solutions. Jody has many years of volunteer experience in church and community.

Sara E. Koch, Care Manager

Sara began her role as Care Manger with First Fiduciary Corporation in 2019. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, having experience working with men, women and children in a therapeutic setting. Prior to her role as a Care Manager, Sara worked for Lutheran Social Service (LSS) of Minnesota Senior Corps Programs for 13 years, supporting older adults across the state through their Caregiver and Companionship Services. In her time at LSS, Sara served as Treasurer, Marketing and Public Policy Co-Chair for the Statewide Senior Corps Association. She also served on Department of Human Services (DHS) Transportation and Waiver Advisory Groups and served as an Auxiliary member for the National Senior Corps Association, supporting aging initiatives across the state and nationally.
